In the past few weeks, roofing shingle manufacturers have announced a second round of price increases on all residential roofing products. The triggers noted by the manufacturers include rapid escalation in our raw material and associated finished goods, labor, transportation, energy, and the overall dynamics of supply and demand.

While we strive to manage costs to ensure competitive pricing in the market, we are unable to absorb these additional costs into our business. As a result, Beacon will adjust its pricing 5 - 7% on all residential roofing products, effective with deliveries on June 14, 2021.
