PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT – Canadian Residential Roofing Products

To Our Valued Customers:

In the past few weeks, steep slope roofing shingle manufacturers have announced a new round of price increases on all residential roofing products. While we strive to manage costs to ensure competitive pricing in the market, we are unable to absorb these additional costs into our business. As a result, Beacon will increase its pricing 4% - 7% on all residential roofing products, effective with deliveries on October 1^st, 2021.

Regarding low slope roofing, we anticipate continued inflation throughout the year. Consequently, we advise you to protect your business with escalator provisions in your contracts. Beacon will work to notify you on a timely basis of future increases and strive to minimize their impact wherever possible.
